Ensuring our chocolates reach you in great condition is one of our top priorities. Currently, our shipping is limited to the province of Ontario only.
We deliver in the City limits of Woodstock Ontario. This includes area codes that start with the first three digits N4S, N4T and N4V. For residents outside of Woodstock, we take the utmost care in packaging your product so that it arrives at your door step in the best condition possible.
During the summer months of June, July and August (and possibly May and September, depending on the weather) we will only be providing delivery in the city of Woodstock and limited surrounding area.

Small or medium sized orders will generally ship within 1 to 2 business days unless a future date is requested. Larger orders may need a longer processing time. If you require a specific date for a larger order, please contact us ahead of placing your order and we will be happy to discuss your requirements.
If the delivery is local, it will arrive the same day as shipped. If the product is shipped outside of Woodstock Ontario, please allow 2 to 3 days for arrival.
Please note that we do not ship outside of Woodstock Ontario for Saturday, Sunday or Monday arrivals. We don’t want the product to sit in transit over the weekend or for more time than necessary. Please consider this when planning your arrival date.
There will be no deliveries on Sundays within Woodstock Ontario city limits.
When your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation by email that your order is in process. Once your order has been processed for delivery, you will receive a phone call or a final confirmation email with delivery information for local orders. For outside of Woodstock you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track and monitor your shipment.
Your order will be packaged for shipping in such a way to mitigate or limit normal shipping bumps and bruises.
Please ensure your information (Name, Billing Address, Shipping Address, Contact Information and Method of Payment) is correct so that your product can be processed and shipped accurately. We cannot take responsibility for any errors in information and will pass through to you any additional costs incurred due to wrong information.
We inspect all orders prior to shipment. If there are any issues or discrepancies with your order upon arrival, please contact WoodLynds Chocolates and send pictures of the shipping box (top and bottom) and the shipping label within one day of delivery. Also send any pictures of the product that will help in providing WoodLynds with further information in understanding the issue. Any requests must be received within one day of delivery. After one day, WoodLynds considers the shipment to be accepted with no issues and no refunds or reships will be offered. We cannot accept returned orders.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by weather, shipper delays or failures beyond the shipping company’s control. Please allow enough time when ordering for some delays.
